Refund Policy

All sales are final

The Alabama Tax Deed Starter Kit, the Alabama Tax Deed Course and our other products are digital. You get access as soon as your payment goes through, and a download can't be returned. So all sales are final, and we don't offer refunds, including if you change your mind, don't use the product, or bought it by mistake.

You confirm that you've read this policy when you complete checkout.

When we will make it right

We'll fix the problem or refund you if:

• You were charged but never got access, and we can't get the files or course to you within 5 business days after you contact us.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• A file is broken or won't open, and we can't send you a working copy.

Email orders@altaxsale.com within 30 days of your purchase with your name, the email you used at checkout and what went wrong. We usually answer within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most problems are solved with a quick email. If you file a chargeback for a product you received, we may send your bank proof that you got it and end your access.

This policy covers digital products bought on this site. Tax Deed Summit tickets and property purchases have their own terms.
