Anderson Realty Group LLC ("we," "us") runs AlTaxSale and this store. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy from us, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and billing details when you buy, and your email address if you join our list or contact us.
- Payment information: Stripe processes payments. Your full card number goes straight to Stripe, and we never see or store it. We get your name, email, billing ZIP or address, the last four digits of your card, and your order details.
- Automatic information: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your general location based on your IP address, and how you got to our site. We collect this with cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your products
- To send receipts, access links and customer support replies
- To send you our emails about Alabama tax sales, our products and events, if you signed up or bought from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our website and ads
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations
Cookies, pixels and ads
We use advertising and analytics tools, which may include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads and Google Analytics. They help us see which ads lead to visits and purchases, and show our ads to people who've visited our site. These companies may collect information about your activity on our site and on other sites. You can limit this by:
- changing your browser's cookie settings,
- using your Facebook and Google ad preference settings, or
- visiting optout.aboutads.info.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), our email provider (for example Mailchimp), our web host, and advertising and analytics providers. They can use it only to provide their services to us.
- authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
- a buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and legal purposes. We keep email list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
- Access or deletion: email us to ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
- State privacy rights: if you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have added rights. Email us and we'll respond as that law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and payments are handled by Stripe's secure checkout. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
